All questions
You can try the Professional and Enterprise plans free for 14 days. No credit card is needed for the trial; when it ends, your store continues on the Start plan.
Yes. When you upgrade, the difference is prorated by the days remaining and charged right away; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
If you cancel a yearly plan within the first 30 days, we refund the full amount. After that there are no refunds; your plan stays active until the end of the period.
Prices exclude 20% VAT, which is shown separately on your invoice. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
